What is the Friends of Quota Fund?

Friends of Quota donations support communications that encourage and connect 4,100 Quotarians in 221 communities who are empowering women, children, the deaf,  hard-of-hearing, and people with speech difficulties in 14 countries around the world.

What is the minimum Friends of Quota donation?

The minimum donation is $100 per year. Donations are accepted in any currency.

Are Friends of Quota donations deductible for tax purposes in the United States?

Yes. Friends of Quota is affiliated with Quota International, Inc., which is designated a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible as charitable contributions for U.S. federal income tax purposes.

 

How do I designate my donation for Friends of Quota?

To donate online, select "Friends of Quota" from the "Use this donation for" dropdown menu on our PayPal donation page linked below. You can also send a donation check by mail with a memo indicating the funds are to go to Friends of Quota.

What is the Wanda Frey Joiner Development Fund?

The Wanda Frey Joiner Development Fund, named in honor of Quota’s founder, supports Quota’s worldwide development and growth efforts. Donations ensure that Quota will continue to enrich and serve Quota communities and our world in these ways: launching new clubs, strengthening existing clubs, and strategic planning.

What is the minimum Founder donation?

The minimum Founder donation is $1,000. Donations are accepted in all currencies. For each additional $1,000 donation, we will add one “star” to your Founder affiliation plus one diamond to your gold Founder pin. Founder “stars” can be added at the time of your original donation or at any time in the future. View a list of current Founder donors and the number of stars they have attained.

Can I make a Founder donation in honor or memory of another person?

Absolutely. You are listed as the Founder and receive all benefits if your special individual is not a Quota member. If he or she is a Quota member, they are listed as the Founder and receive all benefits.

How do I join the Founder network or honor someone special with my donation?

To join the prestigious international network of Wanda Frey Joiner Founders, to “add a star” to your existing Founder affiliation, or to honor someone special, donate online by clicking the Donate button below (select "Founders" from the "Use this donation for" dropdown menu) or send a donation check by mail with a memo indicating the funds are to go to the Founders fund.

Can I stop contributing to my Stepping Stones account at any time?

Yes. You are welcome to make a one-time donation or multiple donations. The choice is yours. If your donations accrue to $1,000 or more, you will receive Founder status and all benefits related to membership in this program.

I am already a Founder. Can I use this program to add “stars” to my existing Founder membership?

Yes! You are welcome to use this program to add “stars” to your existing Founder membership.

Yes, individual members and clubs both enjoy surprising a special Quota member by making a donation in honor of fellow Quota members.

Can I honor or remember an individual outside Quota with my Stepping Stones donation?

Absolutely! When honoring or remembering a non-Quota member with your donation, the donation is credited to your Stepping Stones account.

I would like to join the Founder network but cannot afford to pay $1,000 at one time. Do you offer a monthly payment plan?

Yes! If you would like to become a Wanda Frey Joiner Founder, you can definitely work on your stepping stones with smaller monthly payments. To set up automatic monthly payments, simply check the box next to “Make this a monthly donation” on the PayPal webpage linked to the “Donate” button below.  Upon checking this box, PayPal will require you to sign into your PayPal account, or to create a new account with them if you don’t already have one.  It will be through this account that you can set up, change, or cancel your recurring donations to Quota.

 

IMPORTANT: Quota will not be able to discontinue your monthly payments, only you can do this through your PayPal account.

If you would prefer, you can also mail your monthly donation in the form of a check.

What is the We Share Foundation Benefactors program?

The We Share Foundation strives to make a positive impact in the lives of those in need through compassionate programs that span the globe. The We Share Foundation supports these programs by operating Hand-in-Hand World Service, a service initiative in which Quota clubs located in developing countries propose and operate service programs tailored to the specific needs of their communities.  100% of HIH donations are sent to the clubs operating approved projects. In addition, the Foundation promotes service programs created by Quota’s very own United in Service Committee.
