Francesca Frazier, Quota International of Andover, MA

Francesca Frazier

Quota International of Andover, MA

Francesca Frazier embodies the true spirit of Quota with her dedication to service, her compassion, and the unstinting sharing of her time and energy. A member of Quota since 1996, Francesca served as club president in 1998-99, served two terms of office on the Board of Directors, and has chaired the Service Committee. In 2001, she received the annual Merit Award. Francesca is passionate about Quota’s mission to help disadvantaged women and children and the hearing-impaired community. It was Francesca’s ideas and enthusiasm that led the Quota club of Andover to establish one of its most worthy service projects, a children’s reading room at the Lawrence YWCA. Francesca uses not only her intellect to lead, but her hands as well. She has painted apartments at the YWCA’s Oasis Project, a transitional housing program for women and children who have left abusive homes; joined her club in volunteering at Habitat for Humanity; and is always the first to volunteer for the “dirty work” at Quota fund-raising events. She does all this with much aplomb and great humor. Employed by Verizon Communications for the past 29 years, Francesca takes full advantage of every opportunity to apply for volunteer grants from her employer. Her efforts have paid off; Verizon Communications has donated hundreds of dollars to Quota service efforts over the past seven years. Francesca’s family is her true delight. Married to Kevan for 12 years, she has two daughters and two beautiful grandchildren, Marcello and Simone. Strength, spirit, and humor are the hallmarks of Francesca’s personality; it is why her club’s members continually look to her for ideas and leadership and why they consider her one of their finest role models.
