Eva Elmore

Quota International of Raleigh, NC

Volunteering an average of three hours a day, Eva Elmore embodies the spirit of volunteerism. Each year she is awarded her club’s Most Service Hours Award, logging in over 1,000 hours each year. One of her rewarding activities has been cooking Wednesday dinner for 200 people at her church, Emmanuel Baptist, for as long as she can remember. This year Eva has begun tutoring financially challenged individuals, too. A Quota member since 1977, she has held the positions of club president and treasurer and has served as governor for District 19. Currently she is a director on the Raleigh Club’s board and active in many of the yearly projects. Perhaps a prime example of her dedication to service, the Nativity scene Eva coordinates at her church is complete with live camels! A hard-working volunteer, she gives immeasurably back to her community.
