Bernice Arboneaux

Quota International of Baton Rouge, LA

Bernice Arboneaux joined QI of Baton Rouge to help fulfill her desire to help others. Not long after joining in 1994, Bernice took office as financial secretary, followed the next year by the position of board member, then second vice-president, first vice-president, and most recently, club president. However, Bernice’s dedication to helping others didn’t start with Quota. For nearly twenty years she taught at the Louisiana School for the Deaf, teaching English, Speech Therapy, and Algebra I. Currently Bernice is the Director of Specialized Support Services at Episcopal High School. Having served the education system for over 25 years, Bernice has made a major impact on an uncountable number of lives. Bernice is a member of Phi Delta Kappa and Alpha Delta Kappa, two national honorary educational societies that offer scholarships and service to the community. In the past seven years, Bernice has truly come to enjoy the friendships, fun, and service that Quota provides, and in the meantime, she has become one of Baton Rouge’s illustrious “movers and shakers”!
