TOOL #1: Quota Cares Blinky Pin*
Tell the world that “Quota Cares” with QI’s Quota Cares blinking heart pin! Great for any time of year—but especially during Quota Cares Month. Pins are $12 each ($10 each when you purchase five or more at one time). Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, and U.S. currencies accepted.
Up to three months before your Quota Cares project begins, tout your international connection with this “Letter to the Editor” from Quota International President Laura Lahman. Simply download this Word document, customize it for your club, and then send it to your news media outlets.
TOOL #3: Club Publicity Pointers Kit*
Our kit to help clubs improve publicity efforts includes a quiz to help your club assess the quality and success of its efforts; helpful PR tips and tips on what makes a great story; ways to purchase publicity; advice from PR experts; and a step-by-step guide on planning your publicity.
TOOL #4: The Basics of News Release Writing
Creating your own club news releases couldn’t be easier with the step-by-step guide created by journalist Jerry Brown and published by the Network for Good Learning Center.
TOOL #5: Quota Cares Month Club News Release
Use what you learned from Tool #4 to customize your own Quota Cares Month club news release. Download the sample Word version we have created for you, revise with your (fill in your) club’s information and send it to the media outlets in your Quota community!
