QI of Manila South: Special Education Center Multi-Purpose Room
After spending nearly six years working to complete its mission of upgrading the programs, equipment, and speech and hearing clinic at the Philippine School for the Deaf, QI of Manila South is turning its attention for 2013-2015 to another facility in need of help. At a local center for special education, Quota will transform one room into a business office for the facility as well as a space for physical therapy, recreation, and education.
Donations to this project will help Quota outfit the room with office equipment and materials. Serving its multipurpose design, the room will also be equipped with white boards, wheelchairs, musical instruments, board games, an audio system, and necessary equipment for physical and occupational therapy sessions. The new room will also serve as a classroom for family seminars and trainings.
The center provides educational, emotional, and spiritual support to families of people with special needs. With Quota’s help, its services will benefit greatly from this newly-equipped multi-use room.
