As a member of Quota International, you may wish to travel Quota International's leadership track. Leaders in Quota receive training, support, and helpful publications, and becoming a leader is a wonderful personal and professional experience.

Club presidents are major players on Quota International's leadership team and serve clubs in three important ways: (1) they link their club to their district, area, and to Quota International; (2) they oversee club operations; and (3) they support and encourage club members. In addition, club presidents qualify to run for the position of district governor.

Leadership Development and Networking Opportunities:

• Annual Quota Training Seminars sponsored by your district are opportunities for club presidents to receive more in-depth leadership training on all aspects of your club leadership roles.
  
  
• Leadership development and club development workshops are offered at every convention. Workshops focus on recruiting and retaining members, new club organization, and various aspects of club management. The cost for these workshops is included in your registration fee.
  
  
• Your district conference is a wonderful source for networking and sharing ideas with your fellow club leaders and district officers.

Convention is a wonderful way to enjoy Quota's international fellowship, leadership development, and networking opportunities while participating in meaningful discussions on the business of Quota. After your club leadership year is over, consider joining Quota's convention leadership team by serving on our credentials or our elections committees.
