Shining
Stars Club Membership Challenge
Quota International is pleased to announce a new annual membership competition
for clubs, the Shining Stars Membership Challenge. This challenge will
replace the annual District Dynamo program effective immediately and it
rewards both net membership growth AND membership recruitment success.
Now, clubs of all sizes have a chance to have their membership success
honored! In addition, organizers of new clubs will receive special recognition.
When
are winners determined?
This program will operate on a CALENDAR YEAR basis using the official
January membership statistics. (This is a change from the District Dynamo
program that began April 1 of one year and ended March 31 of the following
year.) Winners will be notified each year after official January membership
statistics are finalized and all dues statements are processed.
How
do clubs participate?
All clubs need to do to participate is send in new member forms and report
membership losses on a monthly basis between January 1 and December
31. To be included in membership counts, all new member forms must be
accompanied with payment. Member forms received without payment will not
be included in club membership counts.

on www.quota.org.
Will
newly organized clubs qualify for the Shining Stars Award?
Newly organized clubs that charter in a calendar year will not qualify
for the Shining Star award in the year that the club charters. Only official
Quota clubs in operation on January 1 in a given year will qualify. However,
organizers of new clubs that charter after January 1 of a given year WILL
receive special recognition as "Shooting Stars." Shooting Stars
will receive the same benefits as "Silver Stars." In addition
(separate from this program), all new club organizers receive a special
new club organizer's pin and other benefits awarded through the Centennial
Service & Growth Program.
