Every club can win Quota International's annual recruitment challenges! Doing so is rewarding and awarding for participating members and clubs, and everyone wins. Setting recruitment as a top club priority this year is a wonderful investment in your club's future, and we plan to reward and celebrate your success.

Here are two annual recruitment challenges for your club:

• RECRUITMENT CHALLENGE 1: Clubs that recruit 15 percent or more of their club's January 1 membership by June 30 will receive a special recruitment award and letter of achievement from the International President.
  
  
• RECRUITMENT CHALLENGE 2: Clubs that report a net membership gain of 15 percent or higher by December 31 will receive recognition in the Quota contributors section of the Convention Notebook. In addition, winners also will be be presented with a certificate of accomplishment at Convention.

Quota's recruitment program puts every club on the same playing field, because club success is based on percentages, not numbers. Every club CAN win! To enter, simply send your new member forms and fees on a monthly basis. QI does the rest!
