Official Rules

• Clubs may submit up to one entry in each of the six program areas. Projects submitted must be current year club programs or projects. Entries are judged by a panel of three to five Quota International leaders. Each judge will receive a photocopy of your application. Judging Criteria is listed on the second page of each entry form.
  
  
• Clubs that have won an Excellence Award in a particular category may not submit an application in their winning category for the following year. They may compete in other categories.
  
  
• Club-to-Club World Service projects may not be submitted to the Excellence Awards in the service categories (Excellence in Service—Disadvantaged Women and Children or Excellence in Service—Hearing and Speech).
  
  
• All entries must include an official entry form (see specific program areas below) or a photocopy or fax of this form.

• All requested information must be provided, or the entry will be disqualified. Please follow the directions below when preparing your entry.

• We encourage you to send supporting materials such as photographs and newspaper clippings, but these cannot be returned. Please label all photographs. These items will be photocopied and sent to all judges with your application. Although we appreciate receiving videotapes, audiotapes, books, manuals, etc. they will not be copied for judges and will not be reviewed during the judging process. Quota staff, however, appreciate receiving them for possible promotion or sharing.
  
  
• All entries must be postmarked, faxed, or e-mailed on or before April 1. Applications postmarked, faxed, or e-mailed after this date will not be accepted.
  
  
• All entries, photographs, and attachments become the property of Quota International and the We Share Foundation and may be used at Convention, in publications, or posted on the We Share Foundation and/or Quota International home pages.
