Directions for Submitting Your Entry

STEP 1: Please complete all information requested on the entry form.

• Answer all four questions listed on the entry form on separate paper. Your narrative responses must not exceed four (4) pages or your entry will be disqualified. All entries must be typed. 12 point or larger type is preferred.
  
  
• You are welcome to include attachments (optional). Please label all photographs. Photographs are welcomed and encouraged.
  
  
• Complete and attach the entry form to your narrative.
  
  
• PLEASE…use a staple or paperclip to bind your entry and attachments. Do not use folders, binders, notebooks, and do not have your entry bound in any way.

STEP 2: Send your entry via mail, e-mail, or fax.

DEADLINE: April 1.

All entries that are mailed must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed by April 1. All entries sent via fax or e-mail must arrive at the Quota International Office by April 1. Winners will be notified by June 15. All winners will be honored at Convention.
