Convention Registration and Delegate Credentials Form
Your club’s voting delegate must complete and return the Convention Registration Form (which also serves as the Credentials Form). Published in the Quotarian magazine as well as on this Web site every February, this form must be signed by a club officer before mailing to certify the delegate’s "good standing" and membership and mailed to the Quota International Office with all convention registration fees included. Convention Hotel Registration Form
Every member receives a copy of the QI convention hotel registration form in the February Quotarian magazine. In addition, this form is published on this Web site every February. Hotel forms have information and rates. All forms are mailed or faxed directly to the hotel. For more information about the next Quota convention, click here.

Absentee Ballot
All clubs in good standing are entitled to vote in international elections. Clubs that do not send a delegate to convention may vote using the absentee ballot mailed to every club prior to convention. For more information on club voting rights, click here.
