  Club President End-of-Year Forms Now Available
  

  Outgoing 2009-2010 club presidents are requested to complete and return two forms by June 1. To print forms, click on the links below:

  • Club President’s Report—this is the outgoing club president’s report to Quota International. This form requests financial and other data from the club year.
    • SPA Version of Club President’s Report (Australia, New Zealand, Fiji)*
    • Non-SPA Version of Club President’s Report (All other countries)*
      
      
  • 2010-2011 Club Officers Form—this form is completed by the outgoing club president and includes the names and contact information for 2009-2010 club officers.

  Quota is creating a new marketing tool/video to help promote Quota International. The finished video will be revealed at the 2010 Convention in Vancouver…and we need your input—your Quota video clips and photos. Think about it! A video with clips and photos from all 14 Quota countries! Make sure your country/area/district is represented! With today’s simple-to-use camcorders, everyone can be a “movie producer”—so can you!
