Organizing
a Club with between 15 and 19 Members
Financial
Reimbursement
Should your new club organization effort result in a club chartering with
fewer than the 20 members needed to qualify for Centennial Service and
Growth Program financial benefits, you will still receive financial assistance.
For clubs chartered with between 15 and 19 members, Quota International
reimburses up to U.S.$300 toward expenses incurred by new club organizers.
Simply retain your sales receipts for your new club organization expenses
(items commonly submitted for reimbursement are postage, photocopying,
food and beverage, long distance telephone charges, etc.). Then complete
a Quota International expense report (link below) and submit it to the
QI office for reimbursement. If no receipt or invoice is received and
the item(s) cost less than $25, we ask that you keep a detailed list of
what the item was, where it was bought, the date of purchase, and a small
description of its function. We must have receipts for all items over
$25.
Special
Bonus!
In addition, all organizers who successfully charter a new club with between
15 and 19 members qualify to receive a special one-time financial bonus:
an amount equal to one-half of the new clubs membership dues, if
the club retains its charter strength. This reward is paid when a club
submits its second annual dues payment. This is in addition to the U.S.$300
reimbursement provided to organizers for expenses they incur. We hope
this incentive will show in a tangible way how much we appreciate those
Quotarians who selflessly give of their time, talent, and resources to
bring the gift of Quota to a new community.
