Organize a Traditional Quota Club

Quota International operates service clubs in 14 countries worldwide. Traditional Quota clubs offer members a way to serve their community while impacting the world. A minimum of 15 members are required to charter a new club in an existing Quota community or in a new town or city, state or province, or country. New club organizers receive special benefits and are honored at Convention.

Getting Started…

  • Read through the New Club Organization Kit.
You can print a complete copy from the links below. We created this kit to acquaint you with the resources available from the Quota International Office and to provide a step-by-step guide. If you would prefer to receive a copy of the kit via mail or if you have any questions about new club organization, please contact Ingrid Miller at ingrid@quota.org. In the South Pacific, please e-mail your request to Beris Pritchard at berisp@worldoptions.com.au.

  • Send in your survey.
Print and complete the survey form and mail or fax it in. We will review it and send you a New Club Organization Contract that authorizes you to begin. Click here* to print a copy of the survey.

  • Form a team.
Invite others who you think would be good team members to join you in this effort. Everyone has unique talents and gifts to contribute. Be sure to follow the ten steps outlined in Getting Started with a New Club!* How you organize a club will depend on the personality, interests, goals, and professional skills of the group of individuals you are reaching out to. Whatever the approach you choose to follow, it should always be encouraging, supportive, and celebratory throughout the organizing and chartering process.

  • Financial Assistance
Quota International reimburses up to U.S.$300.00 toward expenses incurred by new club organizers. In addition, all organizing materials mailed to the new club organizer at different stages of the organization process are free of charge. In addition, some districts and areas offer organizing monies as well. Check with your district governor and area director.

Special Bonus! All organizers who successfully charter a new club qualify to receive a special financial bonus: an amount equal to one-half of the club's annual dues. This reward is paid on January 1 the year following the club's first anniversary. Successful organizers also receive free convention registration! All you pay for are meals!
