Organize
a Club Branch
In many communities, it is difficult to reach the 15-member minimum necessary
to charter a traditional Quota club. Club branches can solve this problem.
A club branch is a small group of people who become members of an existing
Quota club, but who hold meetings and conduct service activities at a
location that is separate from the "mentoring" club. Branch
members are full members of the mentoring Quota club, with all privileges
and responsibilities. Because branches can be formed with a smaller group
of members (minimum of 5), they can flourish where chartered clubs are
difficult to establish. Any Quota club may establish one or more branches
in its own community or any other community within its district.
