Mardi Gras Governors Reunion
Current and past governors will enjoy this year's festive reunion—masks optional! Planned for Saturday, July 19, from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Purchase tickets on the Convention Registration Form*. All participants will receive this year's spectacular Governor's Reunion theme pin.

Sunday, July 20

Club President's Breakfast Premiers
A new optional event has been planned just for current club presidents—a special, informal "get-together" breakfast with President Beatriz Doran-Scoop and President-elect Mary Cotter on Sunday, July 20, 7:30-8:45 a.m. Purchase tickets on the Convention Registration Form*. This is a wonderful opportunity to network with fellow club presidents and hear from Quota's top leaders.

Friendship Club Lunch
We've planned a special time for all clubs to meet and greet their Friendship Club match at Convention: Sunday lunch! Why not contact your Friendship club and plan to have lunch together on Sunday, July 20, from 12:00 noon-1:30 p.m. If you don't know who you Friendship Club match is, please contact staff member Ingrid Miller at ingrid@quota.org!

Tuesday, July 22

Service-on-Site
At Convention 2003, the We Share Foundation will sponsor an annual organization-wide literacy project. To promote youth outreach and literacy, all members attending the convention are asked to bring at least one children's book to the program, which will be distributed to at-risk children who reside at one of 10 New Orleans housing projects. Ms. Elodia Blanco, director for the Cops for Kids Program in New Orleans, Louisiana, will serve as the guest speaker during the convention program.

The We Share Foundation will oversee collection and dissemination of all the donated books, which will go to the New Orleans Police Foundation's summertime program for youth working on reading, writing, and math skills. Last year almost 2,000 books were donated to the We Share Foundation's Service-on-Site program.
