ROOM INFORMATION

Can.$228 (approx. U.S.$210 as of August 12) per night is Quota's convention room rate for a standard room, single or double occupancy. Room rates are subject to applicable Federal & Provincial Taxes, currently 16.5%.

• This rate is based on a Fairmont Room, single or double occupancy. Fairmont rooms are available with one king bed, one queen bed, or 2 queen beds. Suites, The Fairmont Gold concierge floor as well as Gallery or Deluxe guestrooms may also be available for additional charges.
  
  
• Maximum occupancy is four adults per room. To include a third or fourth person in a room, a fee of Can.$30 (plus tax) per night will be applied for each. There is no additional charge for children 18 and under sharing a room with their parents.
  
  
• Please make your reservation early, the hotel will hold the Quota's room block until full or May 31, 2010. After that date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only.
  
  
• A credit card number will be required at the time the reservation is made to guarantee the reservation but your reservation may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
  
  
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
