Convention 2008 Registration Information

Register now for Convention 2008! The deadline to receive the Early Bird Discount is May 15, 2008. If you send in your registration form by May 1, you will be eligible to win a U.S.$100 shopping spree in San Jose. Three winners will be chosen from registrations postmarked, e-mailed, or sent by fax to the QI Office by May 1.

Form: To view and print the Convention 2008 registration form, click here. The registration form will also be available in the 2008 Quotarian magazine.

Fees: The 2008 early bird (before May 15) convention registration fee is U.S.$165 for an official club voting delegate and U.S.$320 for others. After May 15, the fee rises to $190 for club voting delegates and $345 for others.
