The Fairmont San Jose is located right in the heart of downtown San Jose. The jewel of today's thriving downtown, it opened its doors as the Silicon Valley's first luxury hotel in 1987. In addition to elegant guestrooms that include luxurious bedding and toiletries and every amenity you'll need, the Fairmont boasts striking architecture, five restaurants, and a 60-foot heated pool with swim-up bar. ROOM INFORMATION

U.S. $131 per night is Quota's convention room rate for a standard room, single or double occupancy. Taxes and fees, currently a $2.00 Hotel Business Improvement District fee and a 10 percent city occupancy tax, will be added to this rate.

• This rate is available for a single (one bed) or double room. Double rooms will have either a king- or queen-sized bed or two double beds.
  
  
• Maximum three adults per room. To include a third person in a room, a fee of U.S. $25 (plus tax) per night will be applied. No additional charge for children 18 and under.
  
  
• Quota rates are available at the Fairmont San Jose from the night of July 7 through the night of July 15, 2008.
  
  
• Quota's room block will be held until June 7, 2008. After that date, or if the block becomes full before then, reservations will be taken on a space and rate availability basis only. Rooms reserved after June 7 will be accepted only on a full payment guarantee.
  
  
• A credit card number will be required at the time the reservation is made to guarantee the reservation. Reservations made both before and after June 7, 2008, may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. A charge, equal to one night's accommodation will apply in the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation.
  
  
• Room type is on a "request basis" and is not guaranteed.
  
  
• The Fairmont San Jose is a 100% non-smoking hotel.
  
  
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
