Tours and Activities for Quotarians and Guests (Pre- and Post-Convention)

The Gold Coast is famous for its stunning beaches and rich beach culture, but within an easy 30-minute drive awaits the magnificent wilderness area known as the Gold Coast Hinterland. A range of half-day and full-day tours before and after Convention 2006 will provide opportunities for all convention delegates and their families to enjoy Gold Coast's beaches, the World Heritage-listed National Parks in the sub-tropical rainforests, plus wineries and arts and crafts galleries of the area. The Quota Friendship Tour, a four-night/five-day post-convention experience, will see Quotarians sharing a "Coast to Country" experience. Plans are underway to make this an unforgettable experience of Australian hospitality with Quotarians in their own communities, sharing some of the beautiful scenery with visitors from around the world.
