Early Bird Registration

Register for Convention 2004 before May 1 to be entered in a drawing for one of three U.S.$100 shopping sprees in Toronto. You'll also save on your convention registration fee if your paid registration form is postmarked by May 15. To print a registration form, click here*.

Convention Hotel

The Fairmont Royal York has over 1,365 luxurious rooms that are appointed with beautiful and elegant traditional décor. The hotel offers exercise facilities—including swimming pools, saunas, hot tubs, weight equipment, and treadmills—and has eight restaurants and lounges on the premises. Just steps away from its famous doors, in the heart of Canada's largest metropolis, is an exciting mix of activities and attractions. The Royal York is located on the city's wonderful subway system, so getting around is inexpensive and easy. Quota's room block will be held until June 12, 2004. To print a hotel registration form that you can fax or mail, click here*. To reserve your room on-line at the Royal York Hotel's Web site, click here.

Getting to the Hotel

  • Pearson International Airport is located approximately 20 miles from the hotel. Airport Express operates a 24-hour shuttle that picks up every 20 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night. The trip to the Royal York Hotel takes approximately 45 minutes and currently costs Can.$14.95 one-way (Can.$25.75 if you purchase a round-trip ticket).

  • Toronto's rail station, Union Station, is located directly across the street from the hotel and is connected to the hotel by an underground walkway.

  • Valet and self-parking are available at the hotel. Contact the hotel for current prices.

Tax Refunds

Non-resident visitors to Canada can claim a refund for Canada's goods and services tax (GST) and the harmonized sales tax (HST) paid on eligible goods and/or short-term accommodations (7% total). Please retain your receipts, and pick up a refund application when arriving in Toronto.
