2005-2006 Annual Reports and Convention Highlights

The 84th Quota International Convention was held from July 21 to July 24, 2006, in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, and over 450 members and leaders representing ten different Quota countries attended. This was the organization's second biennial convention held since implementing the change in Quota International's meeting calendar.

2005-2006 Quota International President Carolyn Rice of Parkes, New South Wales, Australia, presided over four days of meaningful Quota discussions, debates, celebrations, fellowship, presentations, and opportunities for members to broaden their horizons. Convention activities were held at the Conrad Jupiters Hotel in Gold Coast.

The convention culminated with the installation of Enid Croes-Marugg of Aruba as Quota International's 2006-2007 president during a ceremony held the last evening of convention. The festive evening celebrated the change in Quota International leadership in a moving ceremony led by outgoing President Carolyn Rice, and incoming President Enid Croes-Marugg unveiled her theme, "Share Our Sunshine."
