2002-2003 Annual Reports and Convention Highlights

The 82nd Quota International Convention was held on July 19-22, 2003 in New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S.A., and over 400 members and leaders representing nine different Quota countries laissez les bons temps rouler! (Cajun French for "let the good times roll!").

2002-2003 Quota International President, Beatriz Doran-Scoop of Curacao in the Netherlands Antilles, presided over four days of meaningful Quota discussions, debates, celebrations, fellowship, presentations, and opportunities for members to broaden their horizons. The convention culminated with the installation of Mary Cotter of Fairbanks, Alaska, U.S.A., as Quota International's 2003-2004 President during an evening candlelight ceremony.
