On July 7, 2005, Carolyn Rice of QI of Parkes, Australia, was installed as Quota International's 2005-2006 President by Janice Woolrych, 2005-2007 South Pacific Area Director (pictured above). The evening candlelight ceremony, in which all 2005-2006 board members (pictured below) were installed, and dinner were held in Washington, D.C.
