  U.S. Pension Protection Act Permits Charitable IRA Rollover in United States
  This act, which expires January 1, 2008, permits the transfer of IRA funds by individuals in the U.S. who are age 70½ and older to a qualifying charity, such as Quota International or the We Share Foundation, without recognizing the assets transferred as income. To learn more, click here.
