  January 31 is Final Postmark Deadline for All Clubs, Except SPA, to Pay Membership Dues and Advance Convention Fee
  January 31, 2006, is the final postmark date for all clubs, except for those located in Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand, to make payment without incurring a late fee. Dues and advance convention fees are paid annually. All SPA clubs must pay the 2005 Advance Convention Fee by March 1, 2006. There is no grace period for payment of this fee.
