Revised Quota International Bylaws and Rules of Procedure Published

At their mid-term meeting, held January 2005, the Quota International Board of Directors approved two changes to the Rules of Procedure:

Rule 14 – Advisors to Constituent Divisions

Rule 17– Board Meetings

The April 2005 version of the Bylaws, Rules of Procedure and Resolutions includes these changes along with a reference error corrected in Rule 34. To print this latest version now available on-line, click here*.
