Convention 2004 Voting Delegates Pass Ten Bylaw Changes, Defeat Two at QI’s First Biennial Convention

Voting Delegates at Convention 2004 discussed 12 different proposed bylaw changes at the Convention 2004 Bylaws Session chaired by Holly Bostwick, past governor of District 9, passing 10 of those presented. The two defeated proposals included moving Article V, Emblems and Motto, to the Rules of Procedure and adding a vice president to the Board of Directors (Article VII).
