As a result of this change, clubs will not be required to pay the U.S.$200 Advance Convention Fee in years when a convention is not held. Prior to the start of the official bylaws session, a Convention Town Meetingopen to all convention registrantswas held on the topic of this bylaw. A total of 210 voting delegates participated in the subsequent official bylaw debate and vote: 9 board of director delegates, 13 past international president delegates, 36 district governor delegates and 152 club delegates.
