Enid R. Croes-Marugg’s vision for Quota is: “To further develop a bond of diversified and talented individuals willing and able to strive for Quota’s service goals both locally and internationally, sharing and caring in a growing, globalized Quota, making it an organization of choice, while enjoying true friendship and meeting future new challenges with constant creativity and a positive attitude.”

Enid has been a Quota member in Aruba for 13 years. She served as Governor of District 42 from 1999 to 2000 and has also served on the International Service Committee, New Club Organizer Committee, Bylaws Committee, and International Development Committee. She is chair of Quota's Hearing and Speech Committee.

Her professional background is in Human Resources Management, in which she has a Masters Degree. She is currently Executive Vice-President of Antraco Aruba Group.

Outside Quota, Enid has been a member of the board of the Foundation for Hearing Impaired of Aruba for 13 years, member of the Social Economic Council for Aruba since March 2000, member (and Past President) of the Women’s Club of Aruba for 29 years, member of the board of the Foundation for the Mentally Disabled of Aruba for six years, and (charter) member of the Order of Eastern Star, Aruba, Chapter #2, since 1987. She has won a variety of business and personal awards for her volunteer efforts in the community.
