Kelly Palmer’s vision for Quota is “one full of confidence and optimism!” Kelly believes that Quota is on the right path with the We Share Foundation and, once utilized to its full potential, the Foundation will position Quota in the forefront of all service organizations. Kelly believes that expanding Quota’s international service projects will directly result in increased awareness of Quota and the wonderful work and dedication of its members, leading ultimately to an increase in membership. Kelly also envisions a more cohesive East Area and will encourage communication within the East Area between clubs, governors, and members.

Kelly, a member of Quota International for 14 years, served as Governor of the 1st District from 1999-2000. She was appointed to serve on the International Fund-raising Council, the Credentials Committee, and the NCO Committee. Through her active participation in Quota, Kelly understands the value of team work and communication in the continued forward motion of Quota.

Kelly has been a dance instructor for 16 years and has owned and operated a school of dance for 11 years. She has training in studio management and currently holds a contract for the position of Marketing/Promotions Director for Main Street Morgantown, one of the top five downtown revitalization programs in the United States.

Kelly is co-founder, past president, and current treasurer of a local community arts festival. She is also treasurer for her political party’s County Executive Committee and is active in her parish, serving as a Hospitality Minister and a volunteer. Her most cherished award is a commendation from the American Police Hall of Fame for community service.
