Liz, a Quota member for 18 years, also believes “one of our greatest untapped resources is our youth, both as members and as people who will be tomorrow’s leaders. Quota has to be a vibrant organization with programs in which young people want to share. As a team, we can make it go.”
Liz served as Governor of District 18 from 1990 to1992. She has also served on the Bylaws Committee and worked with the Bold Vision-Bold Action group of governors.
A teacher for 39 years, Liz has a M.A. in Educational Administration and was awarded the Hillmer Award in 1994 by the Ontario Business Education Association as an outstanding business educator for both leadership and contributions to business education. She also received a Cairine Wilson Secondary School Staff Leadership Award in 2001 for demonstration of leadership through involvement with students, staff, and community organizations.
