Toddy Silkman envisions an organization where Quota becomes
a household name in every community, so everyone will know the benefit of
the Quota touch of Fun, Friendship, and Fund-raising. She
is committed to encouraging Quotarians worldwide to make a new commitment,
as individuals, to help increase membership. As Toddy says, Lets
walk our talk. Toddy reports that she had a very rewarding 32-year career in the aerospace industry that allowed her to use her statistical, financial, organizational, management, and people skills. Shortly after her retirement from The Boeing Company, where she received numerous Pride in Excellence awards, Toddy opened a gift shop in Kent, Washington (Rainy Day Treasures & Gifts) at a time when the economy was on the decline. Using the skills she sharpened at Boeing, her business became very successful. While with Boeing, Toddy served as the Boeing representative for the United Way leadership group, was a past officer of the Boeing Employees Golf Association (BEGA), and served in numerous officer positions in BEGA golf leagues. She is President of her Homeowners Association. Return to 2004-2005 Board of Directors main page. Home / Join / Help / Marketplace / Contact Quota / Site Index |
