Nicôl Lea says, “My vision is to continue to draw upon the talents and energies of our members worldwide to help Quota grow.”

Nicôl is a 20-year charter member of Quota International of Cupertino. She previously served as President-elect (2003-2004), Quota International Treasurer (2002-2003), and West Area Director (2000-2002). She also has chaired the Disadvantaged Women and Children Committee (2001-2002) and served on the International Service Committee (1999-2001).

Nicôl has founded three successful enterprises, including an import firm, an electrical construction management company, and she is president of Nicôl Lea Realty. Nicôl is also a founder of Cupertino National Bank.

Outside Quota, Nicôl has served as president of the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce and Cupertino-Sunnyvale League of Women Voters and as a member of United Way’s Community Initiatives Committee. She is a Foothill-De Anza College Commissioner and also a member of the Foothill-De Anza College Foundation Board. In addition, she serves on the Community Advisory Board for NBC3, San Jose, California.

She has received several civic awards and is especially honored to have been named Cupertino’s Distinguished Citizen of the Year.
