East Area Director Margaret Miller believes that concentration on membership retention as well as growth is important. If Quota continues to grow, we broaden our horizons. Increasing our membership will allow us to reach so many more people in need of the assistance that Quota International can and will offer. As Area Director, Margaret supports and promotes all of Quota's programs to the best of her ability.

A 26-year member of Quota International of Cambridge, Maryland, Margaret has served as club president, district governor (twice), and chair of the Ways & Means Committee. She has served Quota at the club level as a member of QI of Cambridge's Bylaws, Disadvantaged Women, and Education committees and also provided international leadership as a member of Quota International's World Service Committee.

Margaret has gained significant administrative and management experience in her 31 years as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, for which the Health Facilities Association of Maryland recognized her as "Administrator of the Year," and prior to that, as the owner of an insurance agency. In addition to her professional work, Margaret is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Snow Hill, Maryland, and an active member of her church, having served as organist and choir director for over 18 years and chaired many committees.
