Central Area Director Brenda Chadwick believes that the key to Quota's success lies in its membership. Quota's leaders must concentrate on members' needs to ensure that we remain a vibrant organization that achieves our local and global goals of serving our communities.

Brenda is an eight-year member of Quota International of Iosco County, Michigan, and has provided leadership at the club, district, area, and international levels of Quota. In addition to serving as club president for two and one-half years, Brenda served as District 20 governor for two years and as a member of the International Disadvantaged Women and Children Committee. She has shared her experiences as a speaker at two Central Area meetings and one international convention and has also been recognized with an award for service to District 20.

Brenda brings valuable professional skills to Quota. She is currently the practice manager, accountant, and insurance billing clerk for her husband's private optometry practice. Prior to her experience there, she worked for an accounting firm and several other businesses where she converted manual accounting systems to computer programs. When not working, she is active in the community— along with Quota, she is a chamber of commerce volunteer (and past president and board member); community theater member, volunteer, and fund-raiser; St. Joseph Hospital fund-raising committee member; and has been honored for her service to her local community.
