Daryl Perrine envisions Quota as the international service organization of choice. As Quota International president, she will continue her commitment to focus on:

• Implementing effective strategies to ensure net membership growth and club/branch expansions.
  
  
• Providing expertise in financial and marketing strategic planning.
  
  
• Exploring the utilization of technology to improve the delivery of services and resources to our membership.
  
  
• Exploring the utilization of the We Share Foundation to generate new revenues.
  
  
• Promoting international understanding and fellowship.

Daryl is a 16-year member of Quota International of Wooster. She has helped create and implement several programs that focus on membership growth, retention, leadership development, and goal-setting initiatives. She has presented workshops on these subjects at each of our international conventions in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2006. Daryl was also the co-organizer of Quota International of Orrville, Ohio, in 2001, and the West Salem Branch of Quota International of Wooster, Ohio, in August 2005.

Daryl's professional background and experience include over 29 years in industrial sales. She founded Baaron, Incorporated, in 1989, and is currently CEO and secretary/treasurer of the company.

Daryl was the recipient of the 1997 Trailblazer Award, 2002 Women of Achievement Award, and 2001 Jack O'Donnell Community Service Award. She served as chair of the United Way campaign in 2002 and is a past chairman of the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce.
