1. How long have you been a member of Quota International?
21 years
2. Why did you join Quota International?
To form new friendships, and I have gained wonderful friends in the last
21 years through the Quota world. I also joined to help people in our
community and make a difference in their lives.
3. What has been your most meaningful Quota experience?
I think raising funds after lots of hard work and being able to see where
the funds are usedmoreover, to know you have achieved your objective
and everyone is happy.
4. What are your goals for your year as governor?
To work with my district in the area of violence against women. If we
can prevent domestic violence in one generation, those that come after
will most often not suffer the abuse their forebears did. Keeping the
district in touch by way of news bulletin.
5. What are your activities and interests outside of Quota?
My grandchildren, dining out, fly fishing (still learning), plants, and
shopping.
