How long have you been a member of Quota International?
13+ years
Why did you join Quota International?
One of my patients, Mary Finkle, had been asking me for years and it was,
at that time, that I felt comfortable serving another organization.
What has been your most meaningful Quota experience?
I enjoy the hands-on service projects, especially. I like to be "in
the mix." One of our past projects was a health fair where we were
assisting with hearing tests. I like being a part of our "core objectives."
What are your goals for your year as governor?
I'd like all clubs to focus on one, at least one, service goal, whether
it be a physical "in your face" service or a behind-the-scenes
assistance. Be identifiable with your bright badges and visible to the
community. Monrovia's ID's are big and blue and silver.
What are your activities and interests outside of Quota?
I have many. I just retired as a R.D.H. (Regular Dental Hygienist) after
38 years.
