Judy Walthers
District 22
Quota International of Kenosha-Racine, Wisconsin, U.S.A.

1. How long have you been a member of Quota International?
21 years

2. Why did you join Quota International?
I joined Quota International for the community involvement and service.

3. What has been your most meaningful Quota experience?
My most meaningful Quota experience was introducing Julia Burney and her Cops-N-Kids Reading Program to Quota. Julia was our district conference speaker in Kenosha in 2001 and international convention speaker in Pittsburgh in 2002.

4. What are your goals for your year as governor?
My goals for this year are to encourage each member to adopt my theme, "Members Matter," increase membership, and focus on member retention. I also challenge each club in our district to share its success stories by submitting an Excellence Award idea.

5. What are your activities and interests outside of Quota?
Grandchildren, gardening, and reading.
