How long have you been a member of Quota International?
16 years

Why did you join Quota International?
I joined Quota because of my interest in helping others in my community, networking, and fellowship.

What has been your most meaningful Quota experience?
The year that I became club president and reviewing at the end of the year all of the accomplishments our club was able to achieve. The support of my club during that year was awesome. I learned so much about myself, and, more importantly, about my fellow Quotarians.

What are your goals for your year as governor?
To begin at least one new club in our district.

What are your activities and interests outside of Quota?
I own and operate a travel agency, South Georgia Travel, and manage eight employees. I am on the Airport Authority, Valdosta State University Alumni Board, and Hospice of South Georgia Advisory Board. I serve as a Valdosta-Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce Board member, a chairman of the Small Business Owner's Network, and a member of First Presbyterian Church. My husband and I have four children in Atlanta, Brooklyn, Minneapolis, and Suzhow, China. We have three wonderful grandchildren that have become my favorite pastime!
