How long have you been a member of Quota International?
17 years
Why did you join Quota International?
To be of service. My parents were active volunteers in their communitymy
dad as a member of Kiwanis and my mother with the Red Cross and as co-manager
of the hospital gift shop.
What has been your most meaningful Quota experience?
My first international convention in Calgaryto see and meet with
Quota members from other parts of the world.
What are your goals for your year as governor?
To grow and strengthen the clubs of District 5 and assist the Fairfield
club in growth, possibly as a branch of the New Haven club.
What are your activities and interests outside of Quota?
An ombudsman for a local nursing home, member of Church Trustees, co-president
of the church women's fellowship, outgoing president of the New Haven
Inter-service Committee, which owns and manages a camp of 42 acres and
16 cabins in Orange, Connecticut (that is Quota-related).
