West Area Director
Quota International of
OR, United States
Tess Tompos’ vision for Quota is: “continue to touch and make a difference in lives…one individual at a time.” The core values as stated in Quota’s Mission provide all the vision we need. The vision is what we would like to see happen, but the mission is the “doing.” Within each club, individuality should be valued and cherished, but teamwork remains first and foremost, working to grow stronger and larger. It is through the hard work of our dedicated members within their clubs that we can achieve our goals.
Tess has been an active member of Quota for 24 years, serving nearly every position on the board multiple times. She was club organizer for Quota International of Central Oregon and served as District 14 governor from 2008 to 2009. A member of Quota International’s Disadvantaged Women & Children Committee, Tess also organized the Governor’s Reunion for the 2010 International Convention in Vancouver.
Tess is co-owner and manager of Sign Pro, which was recognized and awarded Small Business of the Year in 2007 by the Bend Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that, she spent eight years in real estate and six years in banking. She earned a BS degree in Education from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Tess is an active volunteer in her community and recently was recognized with the Reader’s Choice APEX Award as “Best Volunteer.” She has been married to husband Donnie for 33 years and they have two children: Kevin (29), a pastor of a Nazarene church, and Lori (28), who owns/operates a barbershop/salon. Kevin and his wife Jennifer are expecting a child in October. Tess is excited for her future role as “Grandma”!
