QI of Mandaue
The start of the school year is an exciting time for many students, especially those dependent on school resources and services for what may be their only daily meal. At the opening of the academic year in 2012, QI of Mandaue distributed free school supplies and lunches to the 60 hearing impaired students of their Hand-in-Hand special education school for an entire month, including fruits and vegetables to provide a balanced diet. The lunch assistance program was then extended by the Fresh Milk Feeding Program until March, 2013.
