Our Quota Cares Month project
Our members knit squares from donated yarn and needles. These squares were bound together to make lovely colorful comfort blankets. The blankets were donated to the patients in the stroke unit of our local hospital. The patients love these little blankets because they are in wheelchairs and feel the cold so are able to wrap themselves up and feel cozy. Another basket with yarn and needles was placed in the quiet room at Hospice for people to pick up and knit a row or a square. These squares are then bound to make comfort blankets for people in need at Hospice.

How did our QCM project benefit our community?
Quota pamphlets and business cards were attached to the comfort blankets to bring awareness of how Quota Cares for people in need.
