Quota International of Wilmington, Delaware, USA
I would like to nominate Jude Donavanik for Volunteer of the Year for her continuous and contagious enthusiasm for Quota and the mission of Quota. Jude stepped up when the club needed a Community Service chair this year. Being organized and efficient, Jude has been able to allocate the talents and resources of the club. She is also willing to participate in the hands on projects of the club; shopping for Christmas gifts for the children at the Supporting Kidds Organization who are learning to cope with the loss of a loved one, organizing and packing duffle bags for the children in our Court Kidds program who are placed in the foster care program of the Delaware Youth and Family Services, and spearheading the Breast Cancer Awareness effort at our Girls Night Out event, to name a few.
In addition to Jude’s participation in club activities, it is her obvious emotional connection with the people within the organizations that the Wilmington club supports. Every thank you note that she shares with the club at meetings has a personal connection. She is the epitome of the collective feelings of the club and why we do what we do….. “SHARE”.
Jude is a vital and an invaluable member of the Wilmington Quota club and her contributions to our community will be felt by many for years to come.
