Elizabeth Dickson, also affectionately known as Chef Liz, is a newer member of Quota Club of Shreveport, beginning her membership in 2010. Chef Liz has been the driving force behind our largest annual fundraiser, the Icing on the Cake competition. She has dedicated countless hours, donated personal resources, and rounded up thousand of dollars’ worth of supplies, sponsorships, and donations to make Icing on the Cake successful. This year Chef Liz has also volunteered to serve as the committee chairperson, a task she began working on last year as she promoted our cake decorating competition at other shows out of state! Chef Liz volunteers her time, resources, and culinary school space for other Quota Club of Shreveport activities as well, including providing space to conduct Quota Club business and presenting our Appetizers Around the World fundraiser. We at Quota Club of Shreveport take our (chef) hats off to Chef Liz!
