The Quota International of Quezon City gratefully nominates Fercel Jade Tagaro for the Volunteer of the Year Award. Fercel was one of the back bones of Quota International of Quezon City being the daughter of the Charter President. She was elected as the Club Treasurer and duly performed her tasks like an independent being she is. Long before the chartering of the Club, she has thought of having a bingo social as the Club’s very first fund-raising campaign. And so it was held. From bingo cards printing, game mechanics, prizes, to the event pack-up, Fercel was the head of it all. The Club was even awarded a “2011 Quota 5K Award Winner” for its outstanding fund-raising achievement.

When Quota International of Quezon City turned two, Fercel was elected as the Club’s Secretary. And a more artistic Quota was born. Besides having a regular day work and photography business on the side, Fercel still managed to spend quality time for Quota. To be its secretary, photographer, and even artist – always willing to design various materials for the Club’s benefit.

Recently, she designed a flyer which the Club will use in its information and education campaign project for the year 2012.

Fercel is indeed a valuable member of Quota International of Quezon City. And like many other respected members, Fercel has justly earned a positive reputation; thus an excellent example to others.
