Quota International of Ba, Fiji
From QI of Ba President, Dhaerya Prakash – We are using the most recent donations for the children in outreach, and to support a Hart Village tenant, Alesi, who had amputation below her knee some years back. We will be paying her fare from Ba to Suva Rehabilitation Centre, where she can have her artificial leg done and the expenses for 2 weeks. Also, I think a very needy child’s prayer has been answered, who is in grade 12 and looking after her 2 siblings. She is residing in Balevuto, 13 to 14 kilometers out of Ba Town. Her father was diabetic and had chronic renal failure and passed away. Her mother then abandoned the children. It is a very disturbing situation. She has been provided with a shelter. I will be visiting her on Saturday morning with food pack, clothings, materials for uniforms and will visit the principal at the school. I have no words to choose to express my appreciation .THANKS QUOTA SISTERS AROUND THE WORLD. You really change lives of all age groups. To read more about this project, click here.
