Quota International of Massillon
What could be more fun than a tea party? An enchanted tea party for lots of little princesses! This was Quota International of Massillon 2nd Annual Tea Party event held as a fundraiser for the Club-to-Club program. The setting this year was a local “castle” historical home, that provided the perfect location for our special occasion. Forty-five ladies and twenty-five girls ages 18 months to 8 years old attended with the girls dressed in their favorite princess costume. A talented young lady, “Princess Jennie” mesmerized the audience with musical selections from Disney themed movies and other popular songs. In this photo you see the girls attentively listening to her lovely singing. Several of the girls were inspired to join hands and dance to the music! Following the musical performance, a delicious luncheon with decorative china teapots and teacups was provided. Additional entertainment added excitement for the girls as a local dance studio performed a ballet dance and then taught the girls a routine with ribbon streamers in the ballroom of the “castle” mansion. The girls were also given a gift bag filled with fun treasures for them on their departure from a very enjoyable event. A total of $700 was raised at this event and was given to Quota International of Manila, Philippines to assist them in their club-to-club programs.
